Who we are

Just Go is a sales and business development consultancy based in Zagreb, Croatia. For any question about this policy or the data we hold, write to bero.sokac@gmail.com.

What we collect

If you send us a message through the contact form, we receive the name, email address, company name and message you choose to give us, plus the language version of the site you used. That is all. We do not ask for anything else and we do not buy data about you from anyone.

Why we collect it

Solely to reply to you and, if it goes further, to carry out work you have asked us to do. We do not use your details for marketing, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or share them with third parties for their own purposes.

Analytics and cookies

This site uses privacy-first, cookieless analytics. We can see that a page was viewed and roughly where in the world the visit came from. We cannot see who you are, and no cookie is set on your device for analytics. That is why there is no cookie banner — there is nothing to consent to.

Who processes your message

Form submissions are handled by Netlify, our hosting provider, and delivered to us by email. Netlify processes the data on our instructions as a data processor.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within twelve months. Where an enquiry becomes a client relationship, records are kept for as long as Croatian law requires for business and tax records.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to bero.sokac@gmail.com and we will act within thirty days. You also have the right to complain to the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP).
