Four industries we know deeply
These are the sectors where the buying process, the procurement reality and the internal politics are already familiar. Outside them, we will say so.
- Financial services
- Long cycles, many stakeholders, and a compliance function that can stop a deal at any stage. Selling here is mostly about sequencing who says yes, and in what order.
- Retail & hospitality
- Thin margins and fast decisions, where the pitch has to survive being repeated by somebody else to somebody more senior.
- Telecommunications & utilities
- Large, structurally conservative buyers with formal procurement. The work is usually in qualifying early enough to avoid twelve months in the wrong opportunity.
- Government & transportation
- Public tender rules, published criteria, and a timetable nobody controls. Winning here starts long before the tender is published.

In 2015 Berislav co-founded Run Croatia alongside a corporate sales career. Ten years later it has delivered more than 130 events, and Zagreb Advent Run has become Europe’s largest festive costume run.
